Nurturing Creativity | Engaging the Imagination | Building Community

Art After School began in 2006 and is a highly successful outreach program for children and young people who are in first grade or higher. Art is the medium for nurturing imagination, building community, and encouraging creativity. Most of all, Art After School is fun! In 2014, over 25 youngsters from Walpole and Alstead participated in the program and used pencils, pens, oil pastels, acrylic paints, clay, “recycled” materials, and collage elements, to create art work, and as a result, strong self-esteem.

Art After School begins its 10th year serving the Walpole area community!

Classes are offered every Wednesday from 3:30 - 5:00 pm, starting on September 9th, 2015. If your child would like to join us, please register by emailing Susan at rector@stjohnswalpole.org, by calling her at 603.756.4533, or by clicking the link below!
